Well it’s been great to see so many people returning to the gym this week after the harsh Winter weather. Spring has finally sprung and to help get you ready for the warmer months, Nambour Gym and fitness is offering a free month of gym membership to anyone who joins for six months!

September also sees a Crossfit competition at the gym, which consists of a 1 km Row, 20 Push Press, 20 Dumbbell Bench Press, 1km on the Treadmill, 20 Dumbbell Squats and 20 Tricep Pushdowns. Test not only your strength but also your fitness and endurance. So be sure to enter and see how many times you can complete the circuit in an hour. Enter as many times as you like and improve your overall fitness for the month.
