Gordon Cavanagh

Owner & Personal Trainer

Gordon is a friendly, caring and approachable Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping you meet your health and fitness goals. 

He has been in the Health and Fitness industry for over 25 years, and has owned and operated Nambour Gym and Fitness Studio for the past 10 years. Having previously worked with the highest recognised level of healthcare professionals in QLD at Buderim Operating Theatre, Gordon has a deep understanding of the human body and communicates his knowledge with patience and empathy.

Gordon’s other fitness interests outside the gym include; running, swimming and cycling. Gordon has participated in the swim leg at the Noosa Triathlon Team Event as well as various other fun run events. 

Gordon is a registered fitness professional with Fitness Australia having Certificates III and IV in Fitness. These qualifications demonstrate an advanced rehab knowledge which allows Gordon to guide members through injury and illness.
