Sharon has been in the fitness industry for forty years and teaching Zumba for twelve years.
Courtney was a Zumba peep for three years and loved it so much she decided to become an instructor.
Zumba is a happy place for all women, men, shapes and sizes, any age, any fitness. You just have to
love to wiggle, jiggle, shimmy and shake. Come and join us.


Yoga is a physical conditioning class that involves low impact exercises and stretches. Yoga is designed to improve the overall condition of the body, as well as helping to strengthen the body especially the abdominal core.

Mats will be used to teach the fundamentals and improve posture and flexibility. All experience levels are welcome and our expert instructor will provide options for beginners as well as more advanced options for the yoga experts!


Linda Nugent is a Sunshine Coast Yoga Teacher who has taught classical Yoga for 33 years.
Linda loves to teach the happiness and peace Yoga brings to your daily life and improve your health holistically.

She encourages you to observe your breath and notice the effects of the postures. Postures work by shifting energy and purifying the body. Benefits include improving the function of all the systems in the body, such as digestive and muscular-skeletal. Yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility, gives back pain relief, helps with arthritis, sleep better and relaxes you. Each class includes preparation for postures, stretching and deep relaxation at the end.


Boxercise is a fantastic cardio workout that burns fat and calories whilst toning the body.Our boxercise class run by Gordon, has no physical contact between participants with both punching and pad holding techniques being taught.
