How much can you bench press? Throughout August we are running a competition to see who can press the most weight. We have four categories male, female, juniors(under 18) and over 50’s. Simply let a staff member know you would like to compete and we will supervise the lift and record it on the whiteboard in the gym. You can bench press as many times as you like through August and our four category winners will be announced early September.
