Newsletter May 2012 – Get rowing!

Last month saw a huge response to the “Muscle Up “competition with over 20 competitors entering into the challenge. All who participated, were measured for overall muscle bulk through the month of May and June. We saw some fantastic results with the winner being, Brad Vandoore who put on an overall 10cm of muscle.

The cold Winter weather makes it hard to stay motivated sometimes, so to help you stay on top of your fitness in July we are holding a rowing competition at the Gym. Simply row 1000 mtrs at Nambour Gym on our Concept 2 rower, tell a staff member to record it, and at the end of July the person who has rowed the fastest, will win a FREE Personal Training session with Melissa. You can enter as many times as you like throughout the month.
