Muscle up for May

This is the perfect time of year for all the guys at Nambour Gym and Fitness Studio to concentrate on building strong muscle before the Winter months hit and our body decides it wants to stay on the couch and hibernate. We’ve come up with a fantastic Challenge to help the boys through the Winter blues, a 6 week muscle building Challenge to see who can grow the most muscle mass in the month of May. Are you up for the Challenge? We will be taking girth measurements on various sights of the body and then re measuring in 6 weeks time. The person with the most growth over the 6 weeks will be our Champion. If you’ve been lacking motivation lately and the couch has been calling, then now is the time to be proactive and improve your physique.
