Welcome back…

Hope you all had a great 2 weeks off over Christmas and New Years! This time of year marks self reflections and setting new goals, whether they are big or small. So set yourself S.M.A.R.T goals. A Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely goal and ask yourself, who is involved, what do I want to accomplish, establish a time frame, identify requirements and constraints and what specific reason, purpose or benefits of accomplishing the goal is. So grab yourself a calendar and diary and write your S.M.A.R.T goal down and start making it happen. Make this year about you and achieving the goals you want and remember consistency is the key!
