 Welcome to our April newsletter, hope you all enjoyed your Easter break.

 Now that Easter holidays are finished and the kids are back at school now is the time for you!

The severe hot weather has dropped off a bit so it’s a great time to start training again.

We have a variety of classes to suit everybody so what are you waiting for!

Come and try a new class & have some fun.

If you haven’t been changing your training program well now is the time to come and book in for a new program, remember the body will react better when changes are made to your training routine.
