Gordon is a friendly, caring and approachable Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping you meet your health and fitness goals. He has been in the Health and Fitness industry for over 25 years, and has owned and operated Nambour Gym and Fitness Studio for the past 6 years. Gordons other fitness interests outside the gym include; running, swimming and cycling. Gordon has participated in the swim leg at the Noosa Triathalon Team Event 2009, as well as various other fun run events. He is currently training to participate in the Mooloolaba Triathalon 2010.
Gordon is a registered fitness professional with Fitness Australia having Certificates III and IV in Fitness. He specializes in nutritional and exercise advice and you will be rewarded at the end of a session with a relaxation massage.
