Zumba
Zumba is a fusion of different dance genres of Latin & international music suitable for all fitness levels.
You will have fun dancing to Salsa, Bachata, Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Swing, Country, Belly Dance & much more.
Zumba Dance Fitness is a fun & effective exercise to help you burn calories, improve coordination & is linked to better cardiovascular health.Our Zumba instructors Sharon & Courtney will motivate you with their dynamic uplifting energy & music so you will always leave our classes feeling happy & energised.
Zumba Instructors
Sharon has been in the fitness industry for forty years and teaching Zumba for twelve years.
Courtney was a Zumba peep for three years and loved it so much she decided to become an instructor.
Zumba is a happy place for all women, men, shapes and sizes, any age, any fitness. You just have to
love to wiggle, jiggle, shimmy and shake. Come and join us.
Yoga
Yoga is a physical conditioning class that involves low impact exercises and stretches. Yoga is designed to improve the overall condition of the body, as well as helping to strengthen the body especially the abdominal core.
Mats will be used to teach the fundamentals and improve posture and flexibility. All experience levels are welcome and our expert instructor will provide options for beginners as well as more advanced options for the yoga experts!
Pilates
Pilates is a mind and body workout, focused on improving strength, flexibility, and stability. It also supports injury prevention and rehabilitation, so you’ll feel both stronger and calmer after your session.
Using controlled movements and breathing, our class is gentle on joints and suited to any skill level. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, a Pilates class meets you where you are and offers a supportive space to move, breathe, and feel your best.
