Boxercise + Ladies Boxercise


Boxercise is a fantastic cardio workout that burns fat and calories whilst toning the body. 

Our boxercise class has no physical contact between participants with both punching and pad holding techniques being taught.

Our Ladies only class is designed especially to suit ladies. Feel comfortable to learn the different punches and combinations with other ladies with similar goals.

Our instructors are highly qualified and passionate about boxing having both Punchfit and Thump boxing certification
